DIRECTIONS: Exfoliating 2-3 times per week is a healthy amount. We recommend that you do not exfoliate more than 3 times per week. squeeze a quarter sized amount into your hand and distribute across your face in an inward circular motion, paying special attention to your nose and forehead.
